Lewis Central Community School District is looking for Substitutes to help assist in the absence of our regularly scheduled staff. We are looking for Substitute Teachers, Paraeducators, Nutrition Services Staff and Office Staff.

Preferences on buildings and positions you are willing to take will be asked in the application.

Substitute Teacher Applicants - You must have a current teaching license, a substitute license or substitute authorization through the Iowa Board of Education Examiners in place before we will be able to add you to the substitute list. Please make sure you have recieved confirmation from the Iowa BOEE that you have been issued your license or authorization before applying. Please go to https://boee.iowa.gov/ for more information on how to obtain one of these licenses.

 

 

Applicants will recieve information about the next steps for getting added to Lewis Central CSD's subsitute list once an orientation has been scheduled for new substitutes. Orientations are scheduled at least once a month.
